Bigotry, intolerance, prejudice, the things that we had to live with year after year for many years, are still there. But it seems to me with judges and juries, they're more transparent. And especially today in a jury trial situation, the prejudice has almost disappeared and is, in some cases, reversing itself. I've represented fathers in jury trials many, many times, and I've had a lot of luck the last few years. You've got to start off with the premise that today over half the jury verdicts are for fathers, not mothers. In some of the counties, almost 70% of the verdicts room for fathers. Now, that's an excuse sophistic, because 60% of the fathers don't seek custody. They settle initially and don't want to be a primary caretaker. So the 40% that are left, they're the cream of the crop, and so they're it's awful easy to go to a jury with someone who cares and is thoughtful and is willing to make the sacrifice to be a primary conservator.
